It's crazy to think of how much I have gone through in my young life so far. I spent so many years in an animal testing facility, and now that I'm free of the pain and the hurt and the loneliness, I have so much to catch up on!

I am a very polite shadow. I like to see what's going on, but I try not to get in the way. I love exploring, and I'm learning about this cuddling business, and I think I kinda like it! Oh, and I am expert at finding the bed. You have covers, a nice pillow for me, and maybe a nice person or dog to snuggle with? I am THERE.

Pancake, here, looking out on the new possibilities this life now holds for me!

Can you believe that, just the other night, I slept on a bed for the very first time in my life? I had my foster siblings around me, and for a girl like me who spent her whole life in isolation at an animal testing lab, boy was that a treat! I even discovered this new thing called TV! I still don't understand all of the sights and sounds that are happening around me, but I'm getting more and more confident each day. Now, all a girl like me needs is a family to call my very own.

I can't tell you how happy I am to be free! No more small cages, no more painful tests, no more loneliness. Now, I'm just a simple girl looking for a family to call my very own. I'd love a family who will provide me the patience I need to grow into my best self. You wouldn't know it by looking at me, but I'm a survivor. I spent my early years in an animal testing facility, so afraid and alone. But some really nice people saved me, and now I'm living life to the fullest!

Oh hi! I’m Puffin! What’s that? You say you’re headed to the kitchen? Don’t worry, I’ll go with you to make sure those biscuits are safe! And if they happen to drop on the floor, well I’ll clean them up for you right away, because that’s just the kind of guy I am!

It’s been a long time since I felt this safe. I got my start in life as a laboratory testing animal, and I can tell you that wasn’t easy. I spent years being afraid to move—being unable to move, really, in the small cage they kept me in. I kept crying, but I guess no one could hear me, because they wouldn’t stop hurting me. Until different people found me. Kind people. They lifted me from the scary cage, and my new life began.

Now, I just want to be your friend. My favorite place is in your lap. I’m still learning how to play and chase toys, but with another dog showing me the way, I’ll become the dog I was always meant to be in no time. I’m a super pup, and I’d like a super home! Is it yours? read more

It's crazy to think that, just a little while ago, I was locked in a small cage in a laboratory testing facility. The first few years of my life were quite rough, and I never thought the pain and loneliness would end!

But suddenly, something changed. Kind hands found me. They took away my cage. They brought me into a comfy home with fluffy beds, nice people, and an actual backyard! They introduced me to wonderful new smells--grass, and treats, and even some four-legged friends! But most importantly, they showed me that I was worthy of being loved. And I'm enjoying returning that love tenfold.

I'm still learning about this amazing new life of mine. I'm coming out of my shell, and learning that I love to cuddle! I'd love another dog companion to help show me the ropes. Hi there, my name is Pops!

You might not know it from my sweet name and even sweeter face, but I've spent my whole life in a laboratory testing facility. I lived my days in a small cage, never knowing a gentle touch. I was so alone, and so scared. And I didn't know why this was happening to me.

But then, something amazing happened--I was rescued. I was called "friend" and "cutie pie". And for the first time, I experienced a gentle touch.

Since the nice people saved me, all I've wanted to do is be near them. You ever hear of this thing called love? It's kind of new to me, but it's pretty amazing.
