Jessie’s the name!

At only 4 years old, I’ve had a pretty tough road. Instead of “living the dog’s life,” I was constantly fighting for mine… I was locked in a cage with little to no human contact and was constantly living in fear. That’s not a fun way to live—It’s actually no way to live. I never had control of my life or the freedom to do what dogs do. Until today!

It feels like I’m a completely different dog! I can run and play and act as crazy as I want to. I get fed these really yummy things people call treats when I do something good and I most importantly, I finally feel like a dog should—loved, cared for, and treated like family! I waited 4 long years for this, but now I have a full, new life ahead me to look forward to!
