Howie was rescued from a laboratory as part of our South Korea 29 #TogetherAcrossBorders rescue! Howie is a male purebred Beagle who has spent the first 3 years of his life enduring animal testing in a laboratory in South Korea. After being flown to Los Angeles, Howie is now looking for a forever home and will do best in a home with other dogs to teach him how to be a dog, not a testing subject.
