Frank as had a very interesting start to life. At only 2 years old, he’s been through more than anyone should. He was found in a cage, in front of a restaurant, waiting his turn to become someone’s dinner (#DogsInTheDark). Luckily, a kind bystander took him out of the cage and saved him before that could happen. He now has his whole life ahead of him! He is very friendly, but he’s still very submissive and timid, so a home with other sweet and friendly dogs would be the best fit for him. Can you picture his long ears flopping around your house?
