Buddy was found on the side of the road by a good Samaritan. He was obviously neglected and in poor health. He needed corrective surgery, had heartworm and was infested with fleas. It’s been a long road for Buddy, but he is now thriving and ready for his forever home. read more

Loretta Lynn has had a tough life. It seems she was used for breeding, and when the breeder was done with her, she was dumped in the woods. As if that isn’t scary enough for a dog, Loretta Lynn suffered even more because she is blind. She wandered around for possibly weeks before being rescued. She ended up at an animal shelter, and at that point Beagle Freedom Project learned of her plight and stepped in to save her. read more

Lovely Binx was rescued from a testing laboratory. She spent the first year of her life being a test subject, not the loving companion that she has become. This experience was traumatic, but thankfully Binx is recovering nicely. Her foster home reports that she is settling in very well.
